Scarves are supposed to keep you warm, aren't they? Being warm would make you hate the snow less I'd think.

But we have been having an awful lot. I've been thinking of going outside to see if I can figure out what the problem is. It's not like anyone can catch me, anyway.

Want to get some fresh air with me sometime soon? The guards outside the domes aren't really effective, so it's easy to get past them. It might do you some good!

I mean really doubt the guy has the power to control the weather, but, if he does. Then it certainly wouldn't surprise me if he goes and makes our situation worse than it already is by having it snow.
